“...beneath a note of silence hanging in full sky a captive golden balloon...” Filippo Marinetti had written to Luigi Russolo in a letter he had sent to him from Bulgaria in 1913. In turn, Russolo enclosed Marinetti’s words into a letter he wrote to Prattela, which has since become part of the L’arte dei Rumori manifesto (1913).
I placed a few golden balloons into some translucent layers and then enclosed them in a transparent envelope and sent them to Athens, Granada, Helsinki, I also placed them onto some information boards at the AFA Cracow departments located on Lea and Smoleńsk streets, as well Jan Matejko Square.
PostData: Russolos’s Trumpets (2014) preceded the series of concerts that were given in 2013 entitled 100 Years of Noise Art of Luigi Russolo (coordinated by prof. Marek Chołoniewski) as well as the discussion that I had done with José Luis whilst he was in Poland and we spoke about PostData.

„...pod nutą ciszy pełnego nieba wisi w niewoli złoty balon...” Filippo Marinetti pisał do Luigi Russolo w liście z Bułgarii w 1913 roku. Z kolei Russolo zawarł opis Marinettiego w liście do Pratelli i w ten sposób stał się częścią manifestu L’arte dei Rumori (1913).
Umieściłam kilka złotych balonów w transparentnych foliach, zamknęłam je w przeźroczystych kopertach i wysłałam do Aten, Granady, Helsinek. Pozostawiłam je również na tablicach ogłoszeniowych wydziałów ASP w Krakowie przy ul. Lea, Smoleńsk i pl. Jana Matejki.
Powstanie pracy PostData: Trąbki Russolo poprzedził cykl koncertów 100 lat Sztuki Hałasów Luigi Russolo 2013 (koordynacja prof. Marek Chołoniewski), jak również rozmowa z José Luisem, który akurat był w Polsce. Rozmawialiśmy na temat PostData.
